摘　　要：在地理信息空间框架基础上叠加3维数据,把平面抽象管理变为立体直观管理,建立集安全监测和生产管理、应急抢险于一体的信息管理系统。系统采用组件式GIS技术、网络通讯技术和3维建模技术,使监测、管理与图形融为一体,为领导决策提供方便直观的统计分析结果。Superimposing 3D data on the basis of geographic information spatial framework,this paper turns Abstract plane surface management into stereoscopic visual management and sets up an information management system that integrates security monitor,production management,and emergency salvation.Based on component GIS technique,network communication technique and 3D modeling technique,it integrates monitor,management and graphical interface and provides convenient graphical statistic results for administrative decision making.
