摘　　要：NGN是全球研究热点,文章对NGN的两个关键技术问题服务质量(QoS)和网络安全进行研究。研究表明传统网络的解决方案无法满足NGN的QoS和安全需求,要实现有效的端到端的QoS必须合理调配网络资源,防止网络拥塞;应建立一个立体的安全防卫体系,从网络规划、设备可靠性、业务特性等方面研究NGN的安全问题,以满足用户需求。The next generation network （NGN） is a global hot research area. This paper focuses on the the quality of service （QoS） and network security which are the two key technology issues in NGN. The solution of the QoS and the security in NGN cannot simply copy the solutions of the traditional networks. To ensure the end-to-end QoS, it is necessary to reasonably allocate the network resource and avoid network congestion. The security in NC, N presents complex issues, related to network plan, equipment reliability, service features, etc. Combined with these studies, a tridimensional security defense system should be established to satisfy the users＇ requirements.
