摘　　要：根据文献资料对网络成瘾的定义和成因进行了概述,并对体育运动的功能特点以及运动干预成效等方面进行了分析。在此基础上提出,拓展体育运动与其它学科相结合防治网络成瘾综合效应的研究,通过运用体育运动、心理疏导、社会支持、医疗保健和健康教育等综合干预方法减少或消除网络成瘾现象,应成为未来研究的重要课题。According to the literature material, this paper reviews internet addiction definition and cause, and at- tempts to analyze the function characteristic of exercise as well as movement intervention effect. We should domain in expanding the comprehensive effect research on sports unify prevention internet addiction with other disciplines in the future, through using sports and psychological counseling, social support, medical care, health education and so on synthesis intervention methods reducing or eliminating network addiction, it will become the important topics in future research.
