摘　　要：目前国内学术界一般认为,知识分子是具有较高文化水平的,主要以创造、积累、传播、管理及应用科学文化知识为职业的脑力劳动者,分布在科学研究、教育、工程技术、文化艺术、医疗卫生等领域,是国内通称"中等收入阶层"的主体。黔东南苗族侗族自治州由于地域及历史遗留问题等因素,经济与旅游文化的发展仍然比较落后。近几年随着地方政府越来越重视知识分子的引进工作,给本地区经济、文化的发展带来了众多的空间。但是,高级知识分子的身体状况却并没有引起足够的重视。At present, domestic academic circles generally believed that intellectuals have a higher cultural level, mainly in the creation, accumulation, dissemination, knowledge management and application of science and cul- ture for occupational mental workers, distributed in scientific research education, engineering and technology, culture and arts, health and other fields, is the generic term for ＂middle income＂ subject. Qiandongnan Miao mi- nority Dong minority autonomous prefecture due to factors such as geographic and historical issues, the economy and the development of tourism and culture is still relatively backward.
