摘　　要：在概括介绍《系统资源约束理论与实践》一书各章内容的基础上,论述了该书主要成果和创新点。指出该书选题科学、思路清晰、内容新颖、资料翔实、语言较流畅、逻辑性强。对相关研究理论和观点的综述比较全面,提出的系统资源约束理论具有较高的学术价值。On the basis of general overview of the book Theoretical Exploration and Empirical Analysis of System Resources Constraints Theory,this paper discusses its main achievements and innovations,and points out that this book has a science topic,clear thought,accurate data,fluent language and strict logic.This book has a comparatively comprehensive overview on related research theories and ideas,and its system resources constraint theory has a high academic value.
