摘 要:探讨了硝酸钾抑制硝酸铵ANⅣ~ANⅢ相变的效应,并且研究了其在提高粉状炸药抗结块性中的作用。通过DSC、高低温试验和抗压强度测试证实,在硝酸铵中添加2%硝酸钾能完全抑制硝酸铵的ANⅣ~ANⅢ相变,能够提高粉状乳化炸药中硝酸铵的结晶稳定性,降低药体的抗压强度,有效地减少结块现象。This paper studies the effect of potassium nitrate ( KNO3 ) on inhabiting the ANr- AN phase transition of ammonium nitrate ( NH4NO3 ) and its application on improving anti-caking property for powdery emulsion explosive. Ex- periment results from differential scanning calorimetry ( DSC), high-low temperature and compressive strength test show that the addition of 2% KNO3 could inhabit ANn - ANm phase transition totally, improve the crystalhzation and thermal stability of NH4 NO3, reduce the compressive strength of powder emulsion explosive and resolve its caking phenomenon effectively.
