摘  要:该论文采用20 L球形爆炸测试装置对粒径在75μm以下的石松子粉的粉尘爆炸下限浓度、爆炸压力和爆炸指数随粉尘浓度的变化规律等进行了研究。研究结果表明:石松子粉粉尘爆炸下限浓度在20~40 g/m3之间,在粉尘浓度相对较低的60~500 g/m3时,粉尘的爆炸压力和爆炸指数随着粉尘浓度的提高而急速上升,在浓度为500 g/m3时达到最大,此时最大爆炸压力为0.69 MPa,爆炸指数为17.20 MPa.m/s;继续增加粉尘浓度,爆炸压力和爆炸指数略有下降,但仍维持在较高值;并判定石松子粉粉尘爆炸危险性分级为Ⅰ级。In order to investigate the explosion characteristics in terms of the lower explosion limit, the explosion pressure and the explosion index with the variability of the dust concentration of the lycopodium with grain size less than 75 mm, the dust explosion was experimentally studied using a 20 L sphere explosion test unit. The results showed that the low- er explosion limit of lycopodium was in the range of 20 - 40 g/m3. On one hand, the dust explosion pressure and the explo- sion index increased significantly with the dust concentration when the concentration was in the relative low range 60 -500 g/m3, in which the maximum explosion pressure of 0.69 MPa and the maximum explosion index of 17.20 MPa ~ m/s were obtained when the concentration reached 500 g/m3. On the other hand, the concentration higher than 500 g/m3 had no im- pact on these two values. Furthermore, both of the values decreased slightly but still stayed at the relatively high level. Ac- cordingly the classification of lycopedium dust explosion hazard is rated to Level I.
