摘　　要：本文介绍一种结构新颖的毫米波 E面混合集成功率合成器及其设计方法。功率合成器电路由鳍线和 E面线构成 ,输出端口为标准矩形波导。具有结构紧凑、调试简便的优点。采用两耿氏管 ,在 Ka波段 ,6 30 MHz的机械调谐带宽内连续波输出功率大于 2 0 0 m W,最大输出功率为2 93m W。A new millimeter wave E plane hybrid integrated power combiner and the design procedure is introduced in this paper.The circuit includes finline and E plane transmission line,and the output is a standard rectangular waveguide.It provides the advantages of compact structure and easy adjustment.Using two Gunn diodes higher than 200mW CW output power is obtained with 630MHz mechanical tuning bandwidth.Maximum power of 293mW is achieved.
