摘　　要：借助经验参数和理论分析,对刨煤机过载保护销的设计理论进行了研究,提出了过载保护销直径的设计方法及主牵引链最大载荷的确定方法,分析了刨链极限力及刨头堵塞距离对保护销的影响。This paper study on design theory of plough＇s overload protection pin by means of empirical parameters and theoretical analysis, put forward an overload protection pin diameter design method and the main traction chain method to determine the maximum load, analysis of plow chain limit and plough plug pin distance on protection effect.
