摘  要:针对桥式起重机设计方法相对落后的问题,分析了桥式起重机小车架的结构特点;结合模块化的基本思想,对小车架进行模块划分,提出了小车架的参数化建模方法;并且讨论了工程图优化调整技术,明显地改善了图纸的设计质量,显著地提高了起重机产品的设计效率和质量,大大缩短了产品设计周期,满足了企业快速响应市场的需求。Aiming at the problem of poor design method of overhead traveling crane, the structurat features of overhead traveling crane's trolley frame were analyzed, the trolley frame was divided into modules according to the basic idea of modularization, parametric modeling method of trolley frame was put forward, and the technology of automatic drawing adjustment was discussed, drawings' design quality was obviously improved, design efficiency and quality of the crane product were significantly improved, product design cycle was greatly shortened, the demand of enterprise's fast response to the market was perfectly met.
