摘　　要：针对中双链刮板链条输送机在拆链、接链和链条调整过程中遇到的问题,设计了一种新型的中双链链条拆装设备。重点介绍了中双链链条拆装机的工作原理、结构特点,论述了链条拆装机的安全性和可行性。经过现场试验和实践证明,该设备具有使用方便、可靠性高等突出优点,有效解决了采煤工作面中双链刮板输送机拆接链条过程中存在的问题。Aiming at the problem of centre double chain scraper conveyor＇s tight chain, a kind of centre double chain scraper conveyor＇s tight chain device was designed. This paper introduces the principle and structures. The safety and feasibility of the scraper conveyor＇s tight chain device was described. Through industrial test in coal mine, it is shows that this device is convenient to use, high reliability.
