摘 要:主要解决了准420 mm液压支架立柱的三维建模及受力分析;依据国内制定的有关液压支架立柱技术条件的相关标准,选取准420 mm立柱的1.5倍额定轴心载荷强度分析及1.1倍额定载荷、偏心30 mm屈曲分析2种方法进行计算机模拟仿真;通过对准420 mm立柱模拟仿真,不仅得出准420 mm立柱的应力和变形分布,而且得出该立柱的模拟状况;为立柱的设计提供理论依据。This paper mainly solves the 3D modeling and t oree analysis of φ420 mm hydraulic support mast. According to the GB of hydraulic support mast standard, computer simulation was manipulated for φ420 mm mast by not only 1.5 times rated axis load strength analysis but also 1.1 times rated load and eccentric 30 mm buckling analysis. Through analysis and simulation tests,not only the distribution and deformation of φ420 mm mast but also the stress distribution and simulation conditions were got about mast. Thus, theoretical basis could be provided for the design of mast.
