摘 要:在摩擦提升中,提升首绳为弹性体,当载荷变化,导致罐笼上、下移动。提升容器与外对接一直是困扰生产的一个难题。特别是深立井、大型矿井,更为突出。ZHT-B型双补锁罐摇台在补偿提升系统部分弹性伸长量后,锁定罐笼,实现了罐笼与外部的"固定"对接,彻底解决摩擦提升的上述难题。通过ZHT-B型双补锁罐摇台在神华宁煤石槽村矿现场应用表明,此项技术可行,解决了大型矿井容器对接难题,具有广阔的应用前景。In the friction lifting, head rope is an elastomer and when the load changes that lead to the cage moving up and down. The docking of ascending vessel has been a major production problem. Especially in deep and large mine shaft, it is more outstanding. ZHT-B Type double lock cans for machine cradle compensate the elastic elongation of lifting system, lock the cage, realize the external "fixed" docking of cage, and completely solve the above problem of friction lifting. Through the application of ZHT-Btype double lock cans for machine cradle in shenhua NCPP Shicao village mine shows that the technology is feasible, and solve the problem of containers docking in large mine. So, it has the broad annlication nrosnect.
