摘　　要：通过分层整群抽样方法对南京市江宁区15岁以上的常住人群进行问卷调查,计算慢性病患病率,应用Logistic回归模型进行危险因素分析,进而了解江宁区居民主要慢性病与生活方式的相关性,找出慢性病发病的主要影响因素。同时,了解病人就诊时选择中医服务情况,为健康管理中的慢性病防治工作提供理论及实践依据。This article adopted stratified cluster sampling methods to conduct survey among permanent residents over 15 years old in jiangning district, Nanjing. The prevalance of chronic diseases were calculated and the risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression model to know about the correlation between chronic diseases and people＇s living habits and to figure out the main influencing factors of chronic di- seases. At the same time, know about the preference for TCM in outpatient services so as to provide theoretic and practical reference for pre- vention and treatment of chronic disease.
