摘 要:基于低能耗、少污染的要求,比较了助剂(如苏红退浆酶2000L、硫酸、氢氧化钠和双氧水)和退浆工艺步骤对退浆效果的影响,并优化了退浆工艺.结果表明:苏红退浆酶2000L对淀粉及其变性浆料具有良好的去除作用,其最佳实施流程为:预处理→酶处理→热水洗,最佳处理条件:酶0.8 g/L,JFC 0.5 g/L,pH为中性,浴比1∶20,70℃,45 min.Based on the requirements of low energy and less pollution, the effect of desizing agents (such as Suhong desizing enzyme 2000L, sulfuric acid, sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide), technique steps and treatment conditions on the desizing efficiency were compared, and the treatment conditions were optimized. The results indicated that Suhong desizing enzyme 2000L was an effective agent for the removal of starch and modified starch. The optimal desizing process was pretreatment--enzyme treatment--hot water wash. And the treatment conditions were optimized as follows: enzyme concentration 0.8 g/L, JFC 0.5 g/L, pH was controlled at neutrality, fiber to liquor ratio 1:20, treatment temperature 70 ℃ and treatment time 45 min.
