摘  要:介绍了乙二醇醚化DMDHEU树脂的工艺.探讨了乙二醇用量、醚化时间、醚化温度以及醚化体系pH对改性DMD HEU树脂性能的影响.通过测定和分析树脂的羟甲基甲醛含量、游离甲醛含量以及整理后织物上游离和水解的甲醛含量、折皱回复角、撕破强力等性能,确定了较佳的醚化工艺:乙二醇24%(对DMDHEU质量),55~57℃,4 h,pH 3.2.醚化后树脂的游离甲醛含量低于0.3%,整理后织物上游离和水解的甲醛含量为33.18 mg/kg,折皱回复角较原布提高了近100°,经纬向撕破强力保留率均高于50%.The process of etherifying DMDHEU resin with glycol was introduced. The influences of amount of glycol, reacting time, tmperature and pH value on the properties of etherified DMDHEU resin were discussed. The optimum etherfying process was obtained by analyzing the methyl formaldehyde content and free-formaldehyde content of resin, and the free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde content, wrinkle recovery and tearing strength of finished fabric, the optimum condition of etherifying process was determined: the amount of glycol was 24%(on the mass of DMDHEU), reacting temperature was 55-57 °C, the reacting time was 4 h and pH was 3.2. The free-formaldehyde of etherified resin was lower than 0.3%. The free and hydrolyzed formaldehyde of the finished fabric was reduced to 33.18 mg/kg, while the crease recovery angle improved about 100° compared with the untreated cloth and the tearing strength retention both in warp and weft was above 50%.
