摘 要:结合福建某电站轴流转桨式水轮发电机组实际运行与检修情况,运用多媒体仿真、图形学及三维交互技术开发了轴流转浆式水轮发电机组三维检修仿真与实训系统,以三维动画、视频及图片等形式展示了轴流转浆式水轮发电机组拆装和检修的整体流程及注意事项,运用三维人机交互技术模拟安装及拆卸机组部件并设置考核环节,可将培训结果量化,提高了水轮发电机组检修质量和效率,为推广标准化检修制度奠定了基础。Based on the practice operation and maintenance of Kaplan turbine in a certain hydropower station in Fujian Province,the multimedia simulation,graphics and interactive techniques are used to develop a set of three-dimensional simulation and training system.By using the three-dimensional animation,video and pictures and other forms,the system shows the overall process and precautions of the disassembling and assembling.Based on three-dimensional interactive,the system simulates installation and disassembly of power plants.And then,it sets an exam to make training results quantify.The system improves the quality and efficiency on maintenance of hydro-generating units,which lays the foundations for promotion of standardized maintenance system.
