微型轴连轴承组件的设计分析

摘　　要：对某种微型轴连轴承组件的结构进行了设计与分析,给出了轴承组件关键参数的计算公式,并通过试验验证了轴连轴承的性能,结果表明,轴连轴承的性能优于普通组配角接触球轴承,较大幅度地提高了装机合格率,提高了电动机的旋转精度、寿命及可靠性。The design analysis is made for a miniature bearing assembly having two inner raceways on shaft, and the formulas are given to calculate key parameters of the assembly. The performance of the assembly is tested, and the results show that the performance of the assembly is superior to common matched angular contact ball bearings, increasing installed qualified rate, running accuracy, life and reliability.
