摘　　要：国家着力实施基本农田保护制度,保住基本农田就保住了我国耕地的精华,必须对基本农田依法实施严格的监督管理,确定基本农田质量依据和考核标准。必须着力构建和划定永久性基本农田,狠抓基本农田水利设施建设,深化基本农田土壤改良,推进基本农田机械化耕作,加强基本农田生态环境建设,强化基本农田科技研发和应用,落实基本农田农产品质量安全标准。Government makes every effort to implement the basic farmland protection system, which keeps the essence of the basic farmland. It is necessary to implement strict supervision according to law, to determine the quality and appraisal standards of basic farmland. We must construct and delimit permanent basic farmland, construct the water conservancy facilities of basic farmland, deepen the soil improvement of basic farmland, and promote the mechanized farming of basic farmland, strengthen ecological environment construction of basic farmland, strengthen the technology development and application basic farmland of basic farmland, carry out the produce quality safety standard of basic farm- land.
