摘 要:随着技术进步和产品更新速度不断加快,适合小批量多品种生产方式的柔性塑性成形技术近年来越来越受到重视,如板材的多点柔性成形、数控成形,轴类件的柔性辊轧等。针对空心轴类零件的制造,提出一种柔性轧挤复合成形新工艺。在对柔性轧挤复合成形力能参数的理论分析基础上,采用有限元数值模拟方法分析了该新工艺的应力应变场,为新工艺优化与应用奠定了基础。With the progress of technology and the accelerating pace of product replacement and update,the flexible plastic forming technology,which is suitable for the production of the small quantities and varieties,has got more and more attention in recent years.For example,the flexible multi-point of sheet metal forming,flexible rolling for shaft forgings and so on.For the manufacturing of hollow shaft parts,a new forming technology of flexible rolling and extrusion was introduced.On the base of theoretical analysis of the mechanics parameters of the flexible rolling and extrusion,the stress-strain field of the new process was analyzed by the finite element method,which laid a foundation for the new process optimization and application.
