摘 要:通过热压缩实验对HPb59-1黄铜在温度为650~800℃和应变速率为0.1~10s-1下的高温变形行为进行了研究,其真应力-真应变曲线表明:流动应力随着应变速率的降低和温度的升高而降低。通过回归拟合实验数据建立了HPb59-1黄铜高温变形流动应力方程,并进行验证。将建立的流动应力方程嵌入Deform-3D,并对某方法兰件的热挤压成形过程进行数值模拟,研究了该零件热挤压成形规律。最后通过工程实践验证了本研究的有效性,为工程应用提供一定的参考。The high-temperature deformation behavior of HPb59-1 brass was investigated by isothermal compression tests in the temperature range of 650-800 ℃ and the strain rate range of 0.1-10 s-1.The true stess-true strain curves show that the stress level decreases with increasing of temperature and decreasing of strain rate.The constitutive equation of HPb59-1 brass was proposed by means of fitting the experimental data and verified.Then,the hot extrusion process of a part with square flange was analyzed using Deform-3D and the forming laws were obtained.Finally,the validity of this research results were proved by practice,which provided some references for engineering application.
