摘　　要：针对风力机装配现场的需求和虚拟装配技术发展的趋势,设计了一个集装配操作、装配工艺、零件信息和可视化于一体的装配工艺仿真平台,建立了Web环境的虚拟装配框架体系。在引入装配任务概念的基础上,构建了适合风力机装配的装配信息模型,并对装配工艺规划、零件信息管理,以及支持装配操作的装配过程仿真等关键技术进行了阐述。最后,通过对风力机的装配仿真验证了该平台的各项功能和应用效果。According to requirements of wind turbine workshop production and development of virtual assembly technology, a sim- ulation platform integrating assembly operations, assembly process, parts information and visualization was designed and the struc- ture of virtual assembly system on Web environment was established. An information model adapting to wind turbine assembling is set up by introducing the notions of assembly tasks. Key technologies were diseussed,ineluding assembly path planning, parts in- formation management and visualization, dynamic assembly simulation and so on. Finally, each function and application effect of the proposed technology was verified by wind turbine simulation experiment.
