利用Pro/E和智能专家系统的壳体零件注塑模设计

摘　　要：以一种结构复杂、不易分型和出模的洗衣机控制盘壳体零件为例,说明利用Pro/E及自行开发的注塑模智能专家设计系统进行注塑模具设计的一般步骤和方法。实践证明,该系统大大提高了模具设计的效率,并对复杂塑件的注塑模设计有参考价值。Taking a shell parts of throwing canister in washing machine which is complicated in structure and difficult for parting and discharging for example, presents the process and the method for the intelligence design of injection mold. The system greatly increases the efficiency of mold design, and also gives a reference for designing injection mold for complicated plastic.
