摘 要:以花生壳为原料,采用厌氧发酵工艺,对其沼气发酵潜力进行了研究.结果表明,花生壳沼气发酵潜力达0.323 m3·kg-1.采用正交试验方法对花生壳沼气发酵的工艺参数优化配置进行了研究.结果表明,发酵温度、发酵料液总固体含量、接种量、pH值对其发酵结果均有不同程度影响,其中发酵温度对沼气产量和甲烷产量有显著影响,总固体含量对沼气产量有显著影响.最优的工艺条件为:发酵温度35℃,总固体含量20%,接种量(质量比)1∶1,pH值7.5.按一定比例分别添加牛粪和猪粪后对发酵效果有不同程度的影响,添加牛粪能缩短发酵周期,添加猪粪能明显提高产气潜力并缩短发酵周期.Peanut hull was used as material and the anaerobic fermentation technology was adopted to study its biogas potential.The results showed that the potential of biogas fermentation of peanut hull was up to 0.323 m3·kg-1.By using orthogonal test method,its optimization of process parameters was studied.The results showed that fermentation temperature,total solids concentration of raw materials,pH-value could all somewhat influence the fermentation.Among all the parameters,fermentation temperature influenced the biogas yield and methane production significantly while total solids concentration influenced the biogas yield markedly.The optimum process conditions were as follows: fermentation temperature was 35 ℃,the total solids concentration was 20%,proportion of inoculation was 1∶ 1,and pH-value was 7.5.Moreover,the effect of fermentatio could be influenced by adding a certain percentage of cow dung and swine dung respectively.The fermentation period could shortened by adding the two materials.The rate of gas and production was improved significantly by adding a certain percentage of swine dung.
