摘　　要：目的分析汞作业工人周围血中T细胞受体-Vβ(TCR-Vβ)亚家族表达模式的变化,了解汞对T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法利用逆转录聚合酶链反应分析15例接汞工人周围血TCR-Vβ亚家族的分布情况,另选15名一般办公室健康人员作为对照组。结果 15例汞作业工人周围血单核细胞(PBMC)可检测到15～23个Vβ亚家族,中位数为21个亚家族,与对照组(可检测全部24个亚家族)比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。TCR-Vβ亚家族在汞接触工人中分布具有比较集中的趋势,全部样本均未能检测到Vβ6亚家族的表达,而Vβ16表达频率低,仅为20%,Vβ12表达频率为33%,而Vβ4的表达频率则为40%。结论本研究提供了汞接触对周围血T细胞Vβ亚家族出现选择性表达的现象,这可能是汞对T细胞损伤的一些早期表现。Objective To analyze the affection in the gene expression pattern of TCR-Vβ subfamily in the peripheral blood of mercury exposed workers, and to evaluate the influence of mercury on T cell immunity. Methods RT-PCR technique was used to analyze the distribution of TCR-Vβ subfamily genes in peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） from 15 cases of workers exposed to mercury （exposure group）. Peripheral blood samples were taken from 15 healthy adults working at office without exposure to occupational hazards （control group）. Results 15 to 23 TCR-Vβ subfamilies were detected in the exposure group. The expressed Vβ subfamily number was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P = 0. 000）. The trend of distribution of the TCR-Vβ subfamily in the exposure group was similar in 15 cases. Vβ6 could not be detected in all samples. But low expression frequencies were found in Vβ 16 （20%）, Vβ12 （33%） and Vβ4 （40%）. Conclusion It is the report providing the data of gene expression pattern of TCR-Vβ subfamily in the PBMC in mercury exposed workers. Selected expression of Vβ repertoire might be related to the impact of T cell immune in mercury exposed workers.
