摘　　要：本文介绍利用乙二醇对市售的全氟磺酸固体聚合物电解质Nafion溶液进行改性,涂在梳状碳纸电极上制得电容式湿度传感器。并用两点温度法对制得的湿度传感器进行标定,在相对湿度为0.3～0.7范围内,电容与相对湿度成良好的线形关系。A capacitor humidity sensor was manufactured with carbon paper as electrode and solid polymer as electrolyte. In order to increasing the strength and stability of the electrolyte, the Nation solution was treated before it was used. In the range of relative humidity from 0.3 to 0.7, a linear relationship between capacitor and relative humidity was obtained with two temperatures vapor generation system.
