摘　　要：在稿件退修环节中,责任编辑应正确把握和对待审稿专家的意见,清楚并详细地书写退修通知,正确对待修回稿。责任编辑只有时刻牢记为作者服务的宗旨,采取合适的沟通技巧和方法,才能实现与作者的有效沟通,使稿件修改顺利,从而保证发表论文的质量。Paper modification is an important step in scientific journal publishing. In this step, executive editors should correctly grasp and treat reviewers＇ comments and compose the amendment advice clearly and in detail. When the revised papers are submitted, editors need to treat them correctly. Only by keeping in mind the awareness of serving authors and contacting them promptly and properly could editors achieve good communication with authors and improve paper quality successfully.
