摘  要:西江引水工程在穿越小塘立交(大型立交)时采用了盾构法施工,盾构隧道结构采用厚度为300 mm的预制钢筋混凝土管片,隧道内径为5 400 mm。为了确保供水安全,盾构隧道内衬DN4 800的大口径钢管。重点介绍了盾构内衬大口径钢管施工的工艺流程和技术要点,在工程实践中成功攻克了大口径钢管在隧道内的运输、对接、焊接和自密实混凝土浇筑等技术难题,可为其他同类工程提供参考。Shield tunnel construction technology was applied to crossing large-scale overpass in Xijiang River water diversion project. Precast reinforced concrete segments with the thickness of 300 mm were applied in the shield tunnel, and the inner diameter of the tunnel was 5 400 ram. In order to ensure water supply safety, large diameter steel pipes of DN4 800 were lined. The process flow and main points of lined large diameter steel pipe construction technology were focused. Technical difficulties such as transport, joint and welding of large diameter lined steel pipes and pouring of self-compacting concrete were solved successfully in the project practice. It can provide some reference for the similar projects in the future.
