摘  要:唐山市曹妃甸生态城生活污水压力输送工程项目地处海岸区域,土质松散,地势标高低,地下水位高,从而给管线深埋敷设带来很大困难。该区域排水收水范围很大,污水排出口距污水处理厂距离约为2 km,传统的重力流排放系统会造成管线埋设很深,给施工带来很大的困难,为此提出了压力输送污水的方案。首创一体化压力排水装置,具有截污、污物粉碎、水力提升、自动反洗等功能,为压力排水技术的发展作出有益的探索。Tangshan Caofeidian eco-city sewage pressure conveyance project is located in coastal areas where the soil is loose, the terrain elevation is low, and the underground water level is high. The unfavorable factors mentioned above cause great difficulties to the laying of pipelines. Servicing region of sewage pipe network is large, and the distance from the first drainage well to the sewage water treatment plant is about 2 kin. The traditional gravity flow drainage system requires the pipeline to be deep buried, which causes great difficulties to the construction, high investment and long construction period. There- fore, a pressure drainage scheme was put forward. The integrated pressure drainage equipment was devel- oped. The equipment has functions such as sewage interception, crushing, hydraulic lift and automatic backwash. The new project is a useful exploration for the development of pressure drainage technology.
