摘 要:根据麦芽生产废水的特点,采用水解酸化/活性污泥/气浮为主体的废水处理工艺,设计并建成了麦芽废水处理站。工程运行结果表明,在进水COD、BOD5和SS分别为(401~832)、(128.2~240.2)和(88~258)mg/L的情况下,出水COD为36~60 mg/L、BOD5为10.2~14.6mg/L、SS为32~50 mg/L,达到了《啤酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB 19821—2005),处理成本为1.17元/m3。实践证明,采用水解酸化/活性污泥/气浮工艺处理麦芽生产废水经济有效,为麦芽废水处理工程的设计和运行提供了成功经验。According to the characteristics of malt production wastewater, the malt wastewater treatment station was designed and built, using hydrolysis acidification/activated sludge/air flotation as the main wastewater treatment processes. The engineering operation results show that when the influent COD, BOD5 and SS are 401 to 832 mg/L, 128.2 to 240.2 mg/L and 88 to 258 mg/L respectively, the effluent COD, BODs and SS are 36 to 60 rag/L, 10.2 to 14.6 mg/L and 32 to 50 mg/L respectively, meeting the Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Beer Industry ( GB 19821 - 2005 ). The wastewater treatment cost is 1.17 yuan/m3. The practice proves that hydrolysis acidification/activated sludge/air flo- tation process is an economical and effective method for malt wastewater treatment, which provides a successful experience for the future design and operation of malt wastewater treatment projects.
