摘 要:通过引入水蒸汽改进乙炔氢氯化反应中铜铋催化剂的再生性能,将催化剂多次循环反应评价其稳定性.结果表明,与传统的空气再生法6h循环再生造成近95%以上催化剂活性组分流失相比,引入水蒸汽可将催化剂表面在反应过程中形成的易升华的BiCl3转化为具有很好热稳定性的BiPO4,提高了催化剂的稳定性,经15h循环再生后活性组分Bi仅损失20%,且可保持初始反应活性,使催化剂的工业化成为可能.Addition of water steam into regeneration process was applied to enhance the performance of Cu-Bi catalyst in the reaction of acetylene hydrochlorination, and the stability of the catalyst was tested by multiple reaction-regeneration cycles. The results showed that compared with traditional regeneration method by air only which could lead 95% loss of reactive components in just 6 h regeneration cycles, the process involving water steam could transform bismuth chloride formed on the catalyst surface in the reaction process into bismuth phosphate which possesses excellent thermal stability. After 15 h regeneration cycles, only 20% Bi was lost, and the initial reactivity of the catalyst could still be recovered, which can make its industrial application possible.
