摘  要:饭店员工流动现象十分普遍与频繁,对其本质研究意义重大。在通过问卷调查获取丰富基础数据的基础上,采用探索性因子、验证性因子和二阶因子分析等分析方法,构建了"饭店员工流动成长效应"模型。结果表明,"饭店员工流动成长效应"是一个包括职业发展、职业适应、职业能力、职业业绩、职业报酬五因子构念,而且职业能力、职业业绩2个维度在饭店员工流动成长效应中表现相对较强,而职业适应维度则表现相对较弱。Hospitality Employee is a very frequent movement,which is very important to study the nature. Based on literature re- view, the article proposes that the model of hospitality employees' mobility-growth, which results show that the structure of hos- pitality employees' mobility-growth effects, be consisted of five parallel components. These components are career development, career adjustment, career ability, career performance and career rewards. All of the five components, the two dimension, career ability and career performance effects have relative strength, while career adjustment dimension has relatively weak strength to the hospitality employees' mobility-growth effects.
