摘  要:首先根据实验室的合成工艺路线,对乙二醛改性支链状阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(GPAM)进行了中试生产实验,并将中试制备的GPAM产品应用于手抄片的增强,考察GPAM对不同类型纸种的增强效果。结果表明:两步法制备乙二醛改性支链状阳离子聚丙烯酰胺可以实现工业化,并对不同类型纸种都有显著的增强效果。Firstly, the pilot scale experiment of glyoxal modified cross-linked polyacrylamide (GPAM) was conducted according to the synthesis process found in the laboratory. ~hen, the pilot products were used to enhance the strength of hand-sheets. And the strengthening effects in different types of paper were investigated, be results showed that the pilot products had good strengthening effect which was as good as that of products obtained in the laboratory. Through pilot trails, the feasible technical conditions of GPAM were presented to meet the industrialization.
