摘 要:对乙二醛、环氧氯丙烷、制浆废液和尿素改性制备酚醛树脂的合成工艺及合成产物应用于再生瓦楞原纸的增强进行了研究。在其他合成工艺参数固定的条件下,改变乙二醛、环氧氯丙烷的用量合成出一系列产物,然后,采用表面施胶的方法将合成产物应用于再生瓦楞原纸的增强,通过检测纸张的物理强度来反映合成产物性能。实验结果表明,通过表面施胶将改性的酚醛树脂应用于再生瓦楞原纸的增强,取得一定的效果,这为实现废液的资源化利用提供了一种新途径。The preparation of phenolic resin modified by glyoxal, epoxy chloropropane, pulping waste liquor and urea, and strengthening effect on recycled paper were studied. Under the same synthetic conditions, a series of modified phenolic resin were prepared by changing the dosage of glyoxal and epoxy chloropropane, and the synthetic products were used in the surface sizing of recycled paper, q'he properties of modified phenolic resin were evaluated by detecting the strength properties of recycled paper. The results showed that compared with the recycled paper without surface sizing, the strength properties were improved through applying surface sizing of recycled paper with modified phenolic resin. It was suggested that a new way to realize the integrated utilization of pulping waste liquor could be achieved.
