摘 要:高速平缝机凸轮剪线机构工作可靠、输入简单,并具有形状保护作用,避免了剪线机构与其它四大机构发生干涉。但由于机构中辊子与凸轮廓线之间高副接触的存在,该机构存在振动及噪声大的缺点。文章在RecurDyn软件中对凸轮剪线机构进行了接触运动建模及仿真分析,找出了产生较大振动及噪声的凸轮廓线位置及引起辊子磨损的原因,为凸轮廓线的改进设计提供了依据。Cam thread-cutting mechanism works reliably in high-speed sewing machine. It also has merits of sim- ple actuation and shape protection effect. Thus it can avoid the interference between thread-cutting mechanism and the other four mechanisms in a sewing machine. However, there exists higher pair contact between the roller and the cam profile, and this introduces a drawback of great vibration and noise. In this article a Multi-body System simulation pro- gram called ReeurDyn is used to build the contact motions. The simulation results of the cam thread-cutting mechanism are analyzed. It is observed that greater vibration and noise are caused by certain convex contour positions and these are a/so the reasons for roller wearing. The investigation provides the basis for improving cam profile design.
