摘 要:为减轻吊具自重、提高材料利用率和工作安全性,提出了基于ANSYS的2 500 t环轨式起重机吊具大铰支板优化设计方法。通过对大绞支板进行参数化建模和有限元分析,并以其体积最小化为优化目标、最大应力为约束条件,建立了优化数学模型。通过对其主要结构参数的灵敏度分析来确定设计变量,根据每一级优化的结果判断出更优设计域,修改设计空间并运行多级优化。结果表明:大铰支板的体积相对优化前减少了41.5﹪,最大应力仅提高0.82﹪,优化效果显著。In order to reduce the weight of the spreader and improve material utilization and job security, an opti- mal design method on the large cutter support plate in the spreader of 2500t ring crane was proposed, which was based on ANSYS. By means of the parametric modeling and the finite element analysis of the large cutter support plate, an optimization mathematics was established based on its minimum volume taken as the optimization target and the maxi- mum stressas the restraint condition. The optimal variables were determined by the sensitivity analysis among the main structural parameters. According to the results of each level of optimization, a better design field was ascertained and the design space was modified to run a multi - level optimization. The result indicated that the volume of the large cut- ter support plate was reduced to 41.5 % ,while the maximum stress only increased 0.82 %. The effect of the optimiza- tion was remarkable.
