论企业原始技术创新

摘　　要：从理论和实践两方面论证提出企业原始技术创新概念的必要性。企业原始技术创新是指以企业为主导从事的能够形成新的创新浪潮的基础性、根本性的源头技术创新。它具有技术的基础性、根本性;应用的广泛性;新的周期性与创新的持续性等特征。企业原始技术创新的创新主体是创新家与企业组织的集成,即"创新家-企业组织"。企业原始技术创新主要位于巴斯德象限中,是属于应用引起的基础研究,它既开拓新的技术轨道,又扩展科学认识的边界。企业原始技术创新的战略方向是人文化、生态化、科学化和民主化。最后,提出了有关政策建议。The paper discusses the necessity of using the concept of enterprise＇ s original technological innovation from the theory and practice. Enterprise＇ s original technological innovation means fundamental, radical innovation, being carried by enterprise, with a new tide of innovation ; it is characteristic of fundamentality in technology, universality in application, continuity in innovation. The subject of enterprise＇ s original technological innovation is the integration of innovator and enterprise, i.e. ＂innovator - enterprise＂. Enterprise＇ s o- riginal technological innovation is mainly located in the Pasteur quadrant, belongs to applied basic research; it not only opens new techno- logical trajectory, but also enlarges the scope of scientific knowledge. The strategic orientation of enterprise＇ s original technological inno- vation ought to be humanization, ecologicalization, scientization and democratization. The paper finally discusses the policy.
