痰涂片与结核杆菌抗酸杆菌检出率关系分析

摘　　要：目的探讨痰涂片与结核杆菌抗酸杆菌检出率之间的关系的影响。方法直接涂片萋-尼氏抗酸染色对2010—2011年本院结核病实验室的1 539例痰标本分析。结果 2010—2011年共1 539例可疑者标本中抗酸杆菌阳性316例,涂片阳性率20.55%。痰涂片阳性率与标本的性状质量有很大关系。不同性状的痰标本,涂片阳性率不同,两者阳性检出率由高到底顺序比较,不同性状的痰标本,涂片阳性率有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论痰涂片显微镜方法检查抗酸杆菌(AFP),是目前痰检出方法中最经济、快捷、有效的方法,相对于临床和实验室经常采用的其他诊断和检查项目,高质量的痰涂片镜检有其自身特有的优势。Objective To investigate the relationship between the sputum smear and myeobacterium tuberculosis detection positive rate of acid - fast bacillithe. Methods Analyed the direct smear Qi - Nissl acid - fast stain in 2010 to 20l 1 in our hospital 1539 cases of tuberculosis laboratory sputum samples. Results Totally 1539 patients with suspicious specimens acid -fast bacilli smear positive in 316 cases between 2010 and 2011, the positive rate of 20. 55%. Sputum smear positive rate of specimens with traits of quality to have great relations. Different characters of sputum specimens, smear positive rate, positive rate of both high end sequence comparison, different traits of sputum smear positive rate, there was significant difference （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Sputum smear microscopy for acid - fast bacilli （AFP） examination is currently the sputum detection method in the most economical, fast, effective method, with respect to the clinical and laboratory is frequently used in other diagnostic and screening project ,high quality of sputum smear microscopy has its own unique advantages.
