摘　　要：目的调查大庆油田员工心理健康状况并分析其影响因素,从而构建心理健康干预框架。方法使用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2772名大庆油田员工进行心理状况测评,与国内成人常模及性别变量之间进行对比。结果①调查对象各因子及平均分与国内常模对比,除躯体化分数高于常模(U=-5.36,P<0.001),其余均低于常模;②男女油田员工性别变量SCL-90平均值比较,具有显著性差异(U=-4.94,P<0.001),女性高于男性;③躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖因子分男性均低于女性,具有显著差异(P<0.05或P<0.001)。结论①大庆油田员工心理健康状况相对于国内成年人常模而言,心理健康水平尚可;②大庆油田员工中,女性的心理健康水平低于男性,表现在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖7个方面。Objective Observe the oil workers’ mental health status in Daqing oil field and analyse the reason,then we put the improvement measures.Methods 2772 were tested with SCL-90 and the results was compared with Chinese norm,man and worman.Results ①The factors in SCL-90 were lower Chinese norm expect the score of somatization（u=-5.36,P〈0.001）;②There was significant difference between the result of man and woman.The SCL-90 average score of woman’s was higher than the man’s（u=-4.94,P〈0.001）;③The scores of somatization,obsession,tense interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hositility,phobia in man were lower than in woman and There was significant difference between the result of man and woman（P〈0.05 or P〈0.001）.Conclusion ①The SCL-90 scores of Daqing was normal compared with Chinese norm.②The mental level of womans’ was lower than the mans’ especially in somatization,obsession,tense interpersonal relationship,depression,anxiety,hositility.
