摘 要:南山矿-225机道距离18煤工作面底板的距离小于5.8m,受回采动压影响明显,采用了高强度钢管混凝土支架进行巷道支护,高强度钢管混凝土支架的主体钢管为准159mm×8mm的无缝钢管,内部充填混凝土采用C40强度标准,通过理论计算可得钢管混凝土支架的极限承载能力为1894.3kN,并结合FLAC3D数值模拟和现场监测分析18煤工作面回采对-225机道表面位移和围岩应力状态的影响。研究结果表明,距离工作面30m的范围内围岩受18煤工作面回采动压影响明显,最大垂向应力为27.4—42.9MPa,应力集中系数为2.27—3.57;钢管混凝土支架支护下动压巷道-225机道表面位移小于20mm,满足现场巷道围岩稳定性要求。The distance between -225 roadway and 18 coal working face floor in Nanshan Mine is less than 5.8m, which is affected by the dynamic pressure of 18 coal face's recovery with a significant mine strata pressure behavior. High strength steel tube confined concrete supports (STCCS) are adopted with the main steel tube of high-strength STCCS and ~b159mm x 8mm steel seamless pipe, with the internal filled core concrete of C40 strength standard, and with the ultimate bearing capacity of STCCS of 1894.3kN , according to a theoretical calculation. With the FLACw numerical simulation and the in-situ monitoring, the influence of 18 coal face's recovery on the surface displacement and the stress state of-225 roadway sounding rock is analyzed. The results show that the mine strata pressure behavior is significant in the scope of 30m to the working face during the mine dynamic pressure of the 18 coal face's recovery, the maximum vertical stress is 27.4 to 42.9MPa, and the stress concentration factor is 2.27 to 3.57. The surface displacement of -225 roadway sounding rock is less than 20mm when it is supported by STCCS, which meets the stability requirements of the roadway surrounding rock.
