连翘、丹参、当归和川芎嗪抑制弹性蛋白酶活力的对比观察

摘　　要：用琼脂扩散法测定弹性蛋白酶活力,发现酶活力与扩散直径成线性关系。连翘、丹参、当归和川芎嗪均有显著的抑制弹性蛋白酶活力作用,其中又以连翘为优。In this paper elastase capacity was measured with agar radial diffusion using elastin-agar plate. There was a linear correlation between elatase capacity and diameter of agar radial diffusion. Significant inhibitory effects of Fructus Forsythiae, Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae, Radix Angelicae Sinensis and Ligustrazini Hydrochloridum on elastase were observed and Fructus Forsythiae proved the most effective.
