摘　　要：目的探讨沙丁胺醇和爱全乐联合布地奈德雾化治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的临床疗效。方法 2组患儿均给予化痰、呼吸道管理、抗感染类药物治疗,观察组50例患儿在此基础上行沙丁胺醇和爱全乐联合布地奈德雾化吸入。结果研究组治疗有效率明显高于对照组,数据经统计学比较具有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇和爱全乐联合布地奈德的雾化吸入对于治疗小儿毛细支气管炎具有较好的临床疗效,适合于临床应用。Objective To discuss the clinical effects of children bronchiolitis with atrovent joint budesonide. Methods Children of two groups were traditionally treated by oxygen,expectorant,anti--infective drugs. Study group was treated with atrovent joint budesonide aerosol inhalation based on the treatment methods of Control group.Results The effects of Study group was significantly higher than Control group that had significant difference with statistically comparison（P〈0.05）.Conciusion It has good clinical effects of atrovent joint budesonide for children bronchiolitis,which is suitable for clinical application.
