摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌组织中的nm23、COX-2与MMP-9蛋白的表达及其与膀胱癌浸润与转移的关系。方法应用免疫组化方法检测76例膀胱癌组织中nm23、COX-2与MMP-9蛋白的表达。结果膀胱癌组织中的nm23的阳性表达率显著低于正常膀胱黏膜组织,而COX-2与MMP-9的阳性表达率均显著高于正常组织。膀胱癌中nm23的低表达、COX-2与MMP-9的高表达与肿瘤的浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关。结论联合检测nm23、COX-2与MMP-9有助于预测膀胱癌的浸润转移及评估预后。Objective To investigate the expression of nm23,COX-2 and MMP-9 in bladder carcinoma and their relationship with the invasion and metastasis of bladder carcinoma. Methods BY using immunohistochemical stains,the expression of nm23,COX-2 and MMP-9 in 76 cases of bladder carcinoma（as tumor group）and their expression in 12 cases of normal bladder（as control group）were analyzed.Results The expression of COX--2 and MMP--9 in bladder carcinoma were respectively higher than in the normal control. The expression of nm23 in bladder carcinoma was respectively lower than in the normal control. The expression of nm23,COX--2 and MMP-9 are significantly correlated with the aggressive and metastatic biologic behavior of bladder carcinoma.Conclusion nm23, COX-2 and MMP-9 play an important role in the invasion step of bladder carcinoma.The detection of their expressions may become a new approach to the diagnosis of bladder carcinoma.
