摘 要:目的研究免疫增强剂促吞噬肽(tuftsin)衍生物T肽对小鼠皮下移植瘤以及移植瘤术后残瘤生长的抑制作用。方法建立S180肉瘤、B16-BL6黑色素瘤小鼠皮下移植瘤模型以及S180肉瘤、Lewis肺癌术后残瘤模型,观察T肽给药后肿瘤的生长情况,研究T肽的抗癌作用。结果 T肽对S180肉瘤皮下移植瘤有一定的抑制效果,按照肿瘤体积得出的抑制率范围为37.0%~48.1%,按照瘤重得出的抑制率范围为12.1%~40.9%;对B16-BL6黑色素瘤小鼠皮下移植瘤的生长基本没有抑制作用。对小鼠术后残瘤生长T肽表现出良好的抑制效果,按照肿瘤体积得出的抑制率范围为59.9%~78.8%,按照瘤重得出的抑制率为64.4%~79.6%,对小鼠未观察到毒副作用。结论 T肽明显抑制小鼠术后残瘤的生长,毒副作用小,预示着T肽有潜力成为防治术后残瘤生长和转移的抗癌新药。Obiective To study the pharmacodynamic effects of a derivative of tuftsin T peptide on non-surgery and sur- gery residual tumors in a mouse xenograft tumour model. Methods Two mouse models of subcutaneous transplanted tumor and surgery residual tumor were established. The inhibitory effect of T peptide on surgery residual tumors and non-surgery tumors was preliminarily studied. Results The growth of non-surgery residual mouse tumors of S180 sarcoma was inhibited by T peptide. The inhibitory rate reached 48.1% according to the tumor volume and 40.9% according to the inhibitory rate of tumor weight. T peptide had no effect on B16-BL6 melanoma xenografts. In another model of postsurgery residual tumors, T peptide produced strong inhibitory effect with tumor volume inhibitory rates ranging from 59.9% to 78.8% and tumor weight suppression rates from 64.4% to 79.6%. Conclusion T peptide has inhibitory effect on postsurgery residual tumors in mice without observable toxicity and side effect, and may have the potential for development and clinical applica- tion.
