摘　　要：目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法同时测定复合维生素B片中4种维生素含量。方法:采用梯度洗脱反相高效液相色谱法,ZORBAX Ecliose XDB-C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相A为含0.1%三乙胺的0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(pH 4.6);流动相B为甲醇,检测波长为266 nm、柱温为40℃、流速为1.0 mL·min-1。结果:4种维生素含量测定方法的线性关系良好,r 0.999 5～0.999 9,方法回收率均在99.2%～100.6%范围内,RSD均在0.8%～2.0%之间。结论:本方法简便快捷,灵敏准确,可以用于复合维生素B片的质量控制。Objective：To establish a method for determination of four vitamins in Compound vitamin B tables.Methods：RP-HPLC was adaptded on a column of ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）,gadient elution with the mobile phase of A：0.05 mol·L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate（pH 4.6 adjusted with 0.1% triethylamine,）and B：methanol at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 and the detection wavelength was 266 nm with the column temperatureat was 40 ℃.Results：In the linear range the correlation coefficients ranged from 0.9995-0.9999.The average recoveries were 98.4%-100.4% with corresponding RSD of 0.6%-2.0%.Conclution：This method is simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate.It is available to the quality control of compound vitamin B tablets.
