摘  要:设计了一种磷酸铁锂正极浆料变速匀浆工艺方法,并对磷酸铁锂正极浆料进行了匀浆试验。分析了变速匀浆工艺对浆料微观形貌、粘度、固含量和电性能的影响。研究结果表明:经过变速匀浆工艺方法生产的磷酸铁锂正极浆料,各项性能均有显著提高,成品电芯性能明显改善。A novel technology of shift uniformity in LiFePO4 slurry was researched in this paper. The microstructure was characterized by means of SEM and the physical properties of slurry were proved by viscidity and constant test. The electrochemical properties of samples were also evaluated. It is found that the steady and even slurry of LiFePO4 can be produced and the perfonrnance of finished cell is improved significantly by means of the novel technology mentioned above.
