摘　　要：对风电、光电等新能源产业的快速发展及存在的问题进行了回顾,对储能电池特性、用途及市场进行了分析,提出了发展规模储能的目的和意义。对目前几种主要的储能电池在性能、技术发展、规模应用、成本以及激励政策等方面的问题进行了探讨,提出了规模储能电池发展及应用的建议和展望。The rapid development and existing problem about wind power and solar energy in new energy industry was reviewed, the speciality, application ＆market of the large scale energy storage battery was analyzed, and then the objective and significance of developing large scale energy storage was put forward. The characteristic, technical development, large scale application, cost and encouraging policy of the main energy storage batteries were discussed, and some suggestions about its development and application was proposed.
