摘　　要：目前,我国新型农村合作医疗制度在农村已基本覆盖,初步解决了困扰农民的基本医疗保障问题。然而,随着制度改革的不断深入,相关利益运行主体间的博弈仍存在诸多问题。文章尝试针对这些问题进行综合分析,在此基础上提出建议,希冀能为新农合的制度改革提供政策依据,以促进新农合制度的可持续发展。At present, new rural cooperative medical system has almost covered rural China, which can solve the rural residents＇ difficulties of basic medical insurance. However, with the deepening of medical reform, there still exist many problems of gaming among operation stakeholders. Based on analysis of these problems, some suggestions were put forward to provide policy basis for sustainable development of new rural cooperative medical system.
