摘　　要：[目的]观察胸腔内留置带侧孔中心静脉导管治疗胸腔积液的护理效果。[方法]对58例胸腔积液病人应用中心静脉导管间断引流胸腔积液,并做好导管留置期间的护理。[结果]58例均置管成功,顺利完成治疗,置管时间3d～32d。[结论]带侧孔中心静脉导管引流胸腔积液效果确切、方法简便、安全;加强导管护理,是维持引流有效性的保障。Objective：To observe the nursing effect of indwelling central venous catheter with side holes in chest to treat pleural effusion patients.Methods：A total of 58 cases of pleural effusion patients accepted intermittent drainage of pleural effusion by central venous catheter,and good care was provided during catheter indwelling.Results：successful catheter and treatment were carried out for all 58 cases,catheter time lasted for 3~32 d.Conclusion：The effect of central venous catheter with side-holes for drainage is sure,and its method is simple and safe and worthy of promotion;to strengthen the catheter management can make sure the effectiveness of drainage
