摘　　要：[目的]探讨运用King互动达标理论对血液透析病人生活质量的影响。[方法]将80例血液透析病人分成实验组和对照组。实验组采用King互动达标理论对病人进行干预,对照组采用常规护理。分别于病人入院24h和干预6个月后观察病人生活质量得分情况。[结果]干预后,实验组生活质量得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]运用King互动达标理论对血液透析病人进行护理能够显著提高病人的生活质量。Objective： To probe into the influence of King interactive standard theory on enhancing quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Methods：A total of 80 hemodialysis patients were divided into experimental group and control group. King interactive standard theory was used for intervention for experimental group patients, routine care was carried out for control group. The score of quality of life of patients was observed respectively at 24h admitted to hospital and after 6 months of intervention. Results：After intervention, the score of quality of life in experimental group was higher than that of control group, （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Nursing care by using King interactive standard theory for hemodialysis patients can enhance the quality of life of patients.
